Company Description Rentrayage is a luxury fashion and homewares brand with a flagship store in Kent, CT. The company's unique concept focuses on using up-cycled materials to create new and innovative products, as well as working with artisans around the world to create products that are both sustainable and uniquely beautiful. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Rentrayage. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, providing product information, and maintaining the store's visual appearance. They will also be responsible for shipping some ecomm sales. This job has growth potential as Rentrayage expands a s a brand with plans to open additional retail locations. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in retail or sales roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of fashion and luxury products Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team Passion for sustainable and ethical fashion practices Understanding of products in store Organized with a strong attention to detail Visual merchandising skills
