Barker Animation Art Galleries & Collectibles is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at our Foxwoods Tanger Outlets location. This is more than a retail position, as it is an opportunity to create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with a friendly, engaging attitude. Build relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations. Educate visitors about our artwork, artists, collectibles, and exclusive merchandise. Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system. Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with merchandising, inventory, and gallery displays. Help create an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to explore and return. Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. What We're Looking For Positive, energetic personality with excellent communication skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. At least 1 year of retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds. Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and POS systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as a part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
