About Us:

We are a vibrant, self-service coffee and snack shop offering a fun and creative customer experience in the Tanger Outlet Foxwoods. Our concept allows customers to customize their drinks and snacks in a welcoming and modern environment. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Coffee Shop Manager to oversee daily operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all daily store operations Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock efficiently Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Supervise staff, assist with training, and support team performance Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Valid Food Handler Certificate (ServSafe preferred) Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently Positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability for at least 20 hours per week How to
