Job Description

Under the supervision of the Ticketing Supervisor, the incumbent provides quality guest service through the sale/issuance of tickets as well as any other department specific tasks assigned by management. High school diploma or GED required. Must possess well developed guest service technique, excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with co-workers and guests, a clear, pleasant speaking voice and good hearing to ensure effective telephone communication. Must possess a personable customer service attitude along with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have cash handling experience. Ability to speak, read, write and understand English required. Required to become proficient in various department specific computer programs. Must be able to determine guest needs by asking proper questions that may apply to their ticket needs. Extensive periods of keyboarding and computer monitor use are required. Must be able to learn the job with hands on training. Position requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching with hands and arms, and talking. Position is predominately (but not restricted to) 2nd shift, Thursdays through Sundays, and some holidays. Must be willing to work a minimum of 2 days per week. Must adhere to all Foxwoods and department specific policies.
