This position is ideal for proven furniture sales professionals who are confident closers, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a performance-driven retail environment. Responsibilities Assist customers through the full sales process, from greeting to closing Demonstrate strong product knowledge of furniture, mattresses, and financing options Meet or exceed individual sales and margin goals Accurately process sales, financing applications, and customer orders using POS systems Maintain showroom presentation, pricing tags, and floor displays Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines Requirements (Mandatory) Minimum of 2 years of furniture retail sales experience Proven ability to close sales in a commission-based environment Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented Ability to work weekends and holidays Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Paid vacation (based on tenure and company policy) Employee discount on merchandise Growth and advancement opportunities Schedule Full-time position Weekend availability required How to Apply Email your resume to Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
