Sales Associate Runnings Supply Runnings is looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools and power equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Pay Range:

$16.94-$18.00 Depending on experience. Position Summary This role focuses on assisting customers, maintaining department organization, and ensuring inventory and freight are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations Deliver high-quality customer service and support Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department Help manage inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed Process incoming freight in a timely and efficient manner Assemble outdoor power equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, and leaf blowers Identify basic equipment issues and assist customers with troubleshooting Stay informed on department products, features, and uses Support overall store operations and team efforts Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Ability to lift and move power equipment What We're Looking For A positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and grow within the company Dependable and detail-oriented Interest in tools, equipment, and assisting customers Why Join Runnings?
