Position Overview:
We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Daytime Retail Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at customer service, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and has a passion for gifting and current trends. There's also room for growth into a management role for the right candidate who demonstrates leadership, reliability, and initiative.
What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service —greet guests warmly, offer product recommendations, and create a welcoming in-store experience. Merchandising & Store Maintenance —help keep the store invitingly orgnanized and stocked, ensuring products are displayed in an eye-catching way. Operate POS System —process sales efficiently, handle transactions accurately, and assist with gift wrapping when needed. Assist with Social Media & Marketing — help capture content for Instagram stories, assist with promotions, and engage with customers in-store. Learn Customization Services —gain hands-on experience with our personalized gift offerings, such as custom jewelry, sticker production, vinyl applications & so much more! Support Special Events & Promotions —help with in-store events, trunk shows, and seasonal product launches.
What We're Looking For:
Retail or customer service experience is preferred , but we're happy to train someone with a great attitude! Weekend availability is a must, with occasional weekday shifts, if able. Strong communication skills —friendly, approachable, and able to assist customers with ease. Detail-oriented & organized —able to multitask while maintaining high touch customer service and keeping the store looking its best. Tech-savvy or willing to learn —comfortable using a POS system and open to helping with social media (not required, but a bonus!).
