We buy, sell and trade all video games, consoles and controllers as well as Funko, Action Figures, and other collectible toys and statues.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their purchasing decisions
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to effectively sell and upsell to customers
• Stay up-to-date with gaming news and releases
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Use time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively
• Accurately test and evaluate games, consoles and controllers that are being sold to the store.

Catalog and document items in accordance with state law and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good typing skills and speed
• Knowledge of video games, retro and newer
• Reliable transportation
• 18 or older
• Able to commute and work shifts at another store as needed
