The Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and operation of our merchandise area while providing excellent customer service. Experience Required Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional and personable demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous retail, golf shop, country club, or customer service experience is preferred Knowledge or interest in golf and golf merchandise is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and point-of-sale skills Must be able to lift and move merchandise and maintain the physical organization of the shop Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional customer service to students, members, guests, and customers Assist customers with merchandise selection and purchases Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays Merchandise and arrange products to maximize presentation and sales Receive, unpack, tag, and properly stock incoming merchandise Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory counts Assist with product ordering and replenishment Monitor merchandise levels and communicate when products need to be reordered Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking pro shop Restock merchandise and supplies as needed Assist with seasonal merchandising and display changes Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately Help ensure the pro shop provides a high-quality experience consistent with the Don Law Golf Academy brand Perform other related duties as needed
