If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people. We Offer Hourly Pay plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly No experience is required, but encouraged. We offer comprehensive training. We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Employee recognition incentives (gift cards,...etc.) Open door policy: a management team who knows your name and is always open to your needs Here's what you need to bring: A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional guest service A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Here's what you'll be doing: Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Must have ability to be on your feet for 4-5 hour shifts, bend down frequently, and lift up to 20lbs. Hiring immediately 20-35 hours per week Available nights and/or weekends is a must!

Pay rate:
