Job Title:

Ice Cream Cart Attendant Position Summary:

The Ice Cream Cart Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while preparing and serving ice cream, milkshakes, and other frozen treats at our poolside ice cream cart. This role ensures guests enjoy a fun, friendly, and refreshing experience in an outdoor resort setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming experience. Prepare and serve ice cream cones, cups, milkshakes, and specialty frozen items according to recipes and portion standards. Handle guest transactions, including cash, credit card, and room charge payments, accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ice cream cart and surrounding area, adhering to health and safety standards. Restock products, toppings, cups, and utensils as needed throughout the day. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management. Provide product knowledge and upsell items to enhance guest experience. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and resort guidelines. Assist with closing duties, including cleaning equipment and securing supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food & beverage, concessions, or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Friendly, energetic, and guest-service focused.

Work Environment:

Outdoor, poolside setting at a resort. Requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak resort hours.
