Smoothie Team Member to join our team in Cocoa Beach! We're looking for someone who brings positive energy to work, provides

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, can work independently, and pays close attention to detail. Responsibilities Prepare smoothies, açaí bowls, and other menu items according to our recipes and standards Provide friendly and professional customer service Greet and assist customers with menu questions and recommendations Operate the POS system and accurately handle cash and card transactions Keep the smoothie line, lobby, kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Restock fruit, toppings, ingredients, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift Complete opening, shift-change, and closing responsibilities thoroughly Follow proper food-safety and sanitation procedures Answer store phone calls professionally and assist customers as needed Help maintain Magic Smoothies' quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards Work independently and stay productive during slower periods Assist teammates during busy periods and maintain a positive work environment What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers Strong attention to detail Able to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions consistently Able to work independently without constant supervision Takes initiative and finds productive tasks during downtime Clean, organized, and able to maintain high sanitation standards Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Previous food-service, restaurant, café, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required Availability We are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including a combination of weekdays and weekends. Availability for opening and/or closing shifts is strongly preferred.
