Job Description
Mike Erdman Toyota is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Greeter / Guest Experience Representative to be the first point of contact for our dealership guests. If you enjoy meeting new people, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you. As a Greeter, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and an exceptional dealership experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Welcome and greet customers as they enter the dealership. Assist customers by identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate department or team member. Ensure guests feel valued, comfortable, and informed throughout their visit. Help maintain a professional and inviting showroom environment. Answer basic questions and provide general dealership information. Support the sales team by helping manage customer flow and appointments. Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to excellence. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service experience preferred but not required. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Reliable attendance and punctuality. High school diploma or equivalent required. Schedule Full-time, 40-hour work week. Monday through Saturday schedule. One weekday and Sunday off each week. Compensation Starting at $20.00 per hour. Pay based on experience.
