• Bahia Bowls (Cooper City, FL) Opportunity to grow into a Shift Lead role Bahia Bowls is looking for a reliable daytime team member who can help open the store and support daily operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and wants the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time.

Responsibilities include:

Helping open the store in the morning Preparing ingredients and setting up the kitchen Making bowls, smoothies, and helping customers Keeping the store clean and organized Supporting the team during busy shifts For the right person, this role can quickly grow into a shift lead position with increased pay and responsibility . What we're looking for: Reliable and punctual Friendly and good with customers Able to work weekday daytime shifts Food service or café experience preferred Experience at Starbucks, Smoothie King, Tropical Smoothie, coffee shops, or similar café environments is a big plus.
