We sell directly at our store front as well as nation wide on our website. We are looking for a sales associate who is experienced in selling products to consumers. This position will take critical thinking and sales tactics and out of the box thinking. Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the friendly face of our retail environment! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services Process credit card transactions accurately. Maintain accurate data entry for sales records, customer information, and financial transactions using retail software systems: Quickbooks. Handle retail math calculations confidently for pricing, discounts, and transaction totals Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product placement Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Requirements Monday-Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with retail store operations preferred Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and transaction processing Experience with financial services or banking is a plus but not required Bi lingual would be prefered.
