This store blends our high-vibe boutique experience with the fast-paced energy of an outlet environment. We're looking for someone who is grounded, engaging, and able to keep up with steady foot traffic while still creating meaningful customer interactions. What You'll Do Greet every customer warmly and create an inviting first impression Provide helpful, intuitive service tailored to each guest Share your knowledge — or growing knowledge — of crystals, jewelry, incense, and spiritual tools Maintain store standards through restocking, cleaning, and merchandising Operate the register accurately and efficiently Support inventory flow between the backroom and sales floor Balance speed and presence by serving multiple customers while keeping the experience personal What We're Looking For Retail experience required; boutique or high-volume retail experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment Must be comfortable working independently and operating the store alone at times Weekend availability is required, including Saturday and/or Sunday Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting and restocking products (50lbs min) Knowledge of crystals, energy tools, or spiritual wellness Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Why You'll Love It Here A unique retail environment that blends energy, intention, and connection Opportunity to grow with a company that promotes from within Hands-on learning with crystals and spiritual tools Supportive team culture and a beautiful workspace Employee discount
