Job Description
Job Summary Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Learn and educate customers about OrgAnnick Beauty products and ingredients. Recommend products based on customers' skincare and beauty needs. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals. Process customer purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment. Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels. Assist with merchandising and product displays. Package customer orders for in-store pickup and shipping. Promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs. Assist with social media content, including photos, videos, and live demonstrations when needed. Represent the OrgAnnick Beauty brand professionally at all times. Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and through social media. Follow all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness. Comfortable learning product ingredients and benefits. Basic computer and POS system skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
