Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and have a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for efficient order processing. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
