Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting HVAC parts and accessories, providing expert advice on product features and compatibility Manage inventory control through accurate data entry and parts administration using inventory management systems. Coordinate procurement management and sourcing to ensure timely availability of parts, leveraging supply chain management principles Process orders efficiently through order management systems, ensuring correct pricing, demand planning, and shipping & receiving procedures Maintain strong internal communication with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics to optimize shipping schedules and inventory levels Support warehouse management activities including parts storage, shipping & receiving, forklift operation (if certified), and maintaining a clean workspace Utilize HVAC diagnostics knowledge to assist customers with HVAC system troubleshooting when needed Qualifications Proven experience in supplier management, procurement management, or parts administration within an HVAC environment Strong understanding of HVAC parts & accessories knowledge, systems, and OEM standards Familiarity with inventory management systems.
