You will be helping guest with harnessing, and maintaining safety on all our attractions such as Rock wall, bumper cars, trampolines, rope course, zip-line and many more! Apply today Planet Obstacle is looking for professional self-motivated, detail oriented individuals to assist guests using competent and positive verbal communication skills. Our Obstacle Guides and Safety Patrollers will work directly with guests to provide courteous, friendly, professional assistance, and education while enforcing Planet Obstacle safety regulations. A SMILE is a MUST!

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age or older Prior work experience is not required Ability to provide excellent customer service Availability nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems Ability to speak in front of groups Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain constant supervision of guests in the facility: act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of guest. Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency. Pay complete attention to the obstacle or zone you're assigned to all times and be very interactive with the guests. Communicate obstacle rules to all participants. Assist with various obstacle safety checks and maintenance duties as directed. Help maintain a clean and safe facility. Attend regular scheduled staff meetings and in service training. Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service. Other duties as assigned.
