What You'll Do:
✅ Membership Sales & Studio Growth - Meet and exceed sales goals by building strong relationships with prospective and current members. ✅ Community Engagement & Outreach - Promote HOTWORX through phone calls, texts, emails, and at local events to connect with potential members. ✅ Studio Tours & Guest Follow-Up - Call and schedule prospective members for trial sessions, provide enthusiastic and informative studio tours , and follow up with guests. ✅ Superior Customer Service - Provide a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure long-term member satisfaction and retention. ✅ Studio Maintenance & Cleanliness - Maintain a clean, professional, and safe studio environment at all times.
Who We're Looking For:
Outgoing and motivated individuals with previous sales experience or a strong desire to grow in a sales role. Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle —you live the HOTWORX brand! Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people both in person and over the phone. Team players who are goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to make an impact.

Our staffed hours are:
Monday-Thursday, 10:30 AM-8:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM-6:00 PM; and Saturday, 8:30 AM-2:00 PM. Are you fully available to work during these hours as needed? Please respond with one of the following: Fully available I have some restrictions (please explain briefly)
