Lake Worth, FL 33461 American Fasteners is seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Counter Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced industrial supply environment and has an interest in construction supplies, tools, and fasteners.

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers with product selection and orders Provide excellent customer service at the sales counter Process sales transactions and invoices Answer customer phone inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability Pull and organize customer orders accurately Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory organization Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders Maintain a clean and organized work area Support outside sales and branch operations as needed

Qualifications:

Customer service or sales experience preferred Knowledge of fasteners, tools, or construction supplies is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Ability to lift boxes and materials as needed Dependable, team-oriented, and professional attitude
