Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile register drawers at shift end Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and participating in regular stock checks Use phone etiquette skills to answer customer inquiries professionally and assist with product or store information Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is essential Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly explain products or promotions Ability to perform merchandising tasks, stock shelves, and assist with product demos effectively Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment is advantageous Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, customer service orientation, and teamwork skills Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable shopping experiences!
