AT&T Sales Associate

Nova, a specialized sales and business consulting firm, is seeking an AT&T Sales Associate in Fort Myers to support growth within our AT&T Business division. This is a fully in-person, customer-facing role focused on building relationships with local business clients and delivering tailored AT&T solutions. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will represent AT&T directly in the field, meeting with business owners, presenting telecom solutions, and guiding clients through the enrollment and onboarding process. What the AT&T Sales Associate Does Engage directly with business customers in-person to introduce AT&T products and services Present and explain AT&T Business solutions including fiber, wireless, and bundled plans Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that improve connectivity and efficiency Assist new clients through the enrollment and onboarding process Build and maintain relationships to support customer retention and account growth Track interactions and client progress using CRM systems Why This Role Matters The AT&T Sales Associate plays a key role in expanding AT&T's presence in the business market.
