Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections, ensuring a positive shopping experience Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and financial software systems Handle cash management tasks including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at the end of shifts Support customers with basic banking services such as deposits or account inquiries when applicable Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies to effectively advise customers Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to keep the store inviting Perform loan processing or financial services tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with company procedures Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments Strong understanding of banking or financial services is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and quick mental math Proficiency with financial software and point-of-sale systems (POS) technology Ability to perform 10 key typing accurately for data entry tasks Demonstrated ability to perform cashiering duties including cash handling and cash management efficiently This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their sales expertise while delivering outstanding customer service.
