Job Overview As a Fragrance Sales Associate, you create a warm, welcoming environment through genuine hospitality and exceptional customer service. You engage customers with personalized fragrance recommendations that reflect their style, mood, and preferences - making them feel confident, valued, and inspired. Both a beauty enthusiast and product expert, you demonstrate and sell a wide range of fragrances and related beauty products, while educating customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage. They wear their name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. Before getting started, they review their sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions - so they're fully informed and ready to engage, educate, and sell with confidence.

• On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships to bring the customers back.
• Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, process damages, testers and select merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer's name.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
