Sales Associate/Cashier

Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and addressing their needs promptly Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to keep the store inviting and organized Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity during cashier shifts Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking efforts Engage in retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and sales promotions Promote a positive shopping experience through clear communication skills and friendly demeanor Qualifications Previous work experience at UPS Store or Fedex Employee Experience in retail sales or cashiering is required ; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Experience supervising or leading others is advantageous for growth opportunities Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory tasks Knowledge of operations or retail environments is beneficial Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
