Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming North Palm Beach is looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team! This role includes retail sales, booking grooming appointments, cash handling, inventory control, stocking, cleaning, and helping create a welcoming experience for every pup and pet parent who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate is dependable, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills, strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with a smile. Microsoft proficiency, POS experience, and upselling skills are required.

Position Details:

$14-$15/hour 35-40 hours per week Weekend availability required No evening or overnight shifts

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and their dogs enthusiastically and assist with products and services Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments using our POS system Handle cash, credit card transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately Help maintain a clean, organized, and showroom-ready retail space Assist with social media posting, monitoring, and engagement

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment POS system and cash handling experience preferred Basic math and computer skills required Knowledge of retail sales and customer service best practices
