Summary:
The Sales Representative drives sales by providing Customer Service experience. While assisting customers, the sales representative will perform daily assigned duties and remain compliant with company procedures.
Requirements:
Applicants 18 years or older due to hours of work. Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including holidays, evenings and weekend shifts.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment. Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations. Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. Performs other related duties as required.
Work Schedule:
Part-Time to work agreed upon assigned shifts.
