Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services Assist customers with product selection, answering questions clearly and confidently Process sales transactions efficiently using cash handling and cashiering techniques Support customers with banking-related inquiries or financial services, including loan processing when applicable Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions using retail math and financial software Uphold store standards by organizing merchandise displays and ensuring a clean shopping environment Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments Knowledge of banking procedures, financial services, or loan processing is a plus Strong math skills, including basic math, retail math, and proficiency in 10 key typing for quick calculations Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers confidently Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties with integrity Familiarity with financial software systems used for transactions and record keeping Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations swiftly and accurately under pressure Your pay is what you sell .
