Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement and upselling opportunities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current inventory Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and participating in inventory counts Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Use phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a friendly tone Requirements Previous retail sales or grocery store experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Experience with merchandising, stocking, product demos, upselling, and customer service excellence Knowledge of phone etiquette standards for professional communication with customers and team members Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead team members in a retail environment is advantageous This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career in a fast-paced setting.
