The Pro Shop is the central hub of our 100-acre outdoor shooting facility. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a strong foundational knowledge of firearms, and the ability to deliver top-tier customer service in a busy retail environment.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Check-In:
Welcome all guests, process electronic waivers, explain range rules, and assign shooting bays or clay fields.Retail Sales:
Assist customers with selecting and purchasing firearms, ammunition, eye/ear protection, and shooting accessories.Merchandising & Inventory:
Maintain a clean, well-stocked retail showroom. Receive deliveries, price items, and assist with regular inventory counts.- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Tickets, arrange, and display merchandise to promote sales.
- Inventory stock and requisition new stock.
- Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
- Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
- Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
- Clean shelves, counters, and tables.
- Maintain records related to sales.
