Job Description

Job purpose: The Dispensary Store Lead must oversee all One Plant Dispensary daily operations. You will be asked to bring your unique talent in in leadership to head the Store and work with the Retail Area Manager to lead the store and its team to success and safety.
Duties and responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of daily operations of the retail dispensary. Including sales, customer service, staffing and making schedules. Be responsible for opening and closing procedures during hours of operation and assign team members to do the same. Work with management team to increase sales and foot traffic. Maintain product knowledge and keep up to date on trends. Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system. Comply with company cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy. Daily compliance with dispensary policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules.
Qualifications:
2+ year of retail leadership or supervisor experience. 1+ year of experince in cannibas dispensary. Able to work weekends. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a background check in compliance with OMMU standards. Reliable transportation.
Working conditions:
The position performs duties inside our highly secured dispensaries.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull and or move up to 25 pounds. Required to sit or stand and regularly use hand(s) to handle, grasp, feel, and/or touch packaging or other packaging related materials or equipment.
Pay:
$20 per hour
Schedule:
1st shift and 2nd shift. Full-Time Must have open weekend and weekday availability.
