Job Description
Overview We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Smoke Shop Sales Associate . The ideal candidate has experience in smoke shops or retail environments and understands the products commonly sold in smoke shops. If you have prior smoke shop experience, mention it in the FIRST sentence of your text message. This role is heavily sales-oriented—you must be comfortable helping customers find the right products while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Duties Assist customers with smoke shop product inquiries and guide them to the right items Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and restock products as needed Answer customer inquiries over the phone using proper etiquette Promote specials, deals, and upsell products Work with the team to meet sales targets Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash register operations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous
- Strong ability to sell products and upsell to customers
- Knowledge of stocking procedures and inventory management Required Experience & Product Knowledge Experience in smoke shop sales , retail, or similar customer-facing roles Strong selling and upselling skills Familiarity with POS/cash register operations Knowledge of stocking and inventory procedures Ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish is a plus)
