Sales Associate/ Office Assistant

About the Role We are a retail flooring showroom in Ponte Vedra/ Nocatee seeking a dependable Junior Sales Associate to support our sales team and assist customers in the showroom. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a friendly, professional attitude who enjoys working with people and is interested in learning about flooring products and the home improvement industry. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers with flooring selections including hardwood, luxury vinyl and tile. Provide customer service in person and over the phone Answer phones, take messages, and record customer information for follow-up Schedule appointments for measurements and project consultations Assist sales associates with product research, pricing, ordering, and customer service Help coordinate deliveries and verify orders by checking delivery manifests Meet with vendor and sales representatives visiting the showroom Keep the showroom organized, tidy, and well stocked Maintain showroom samples and help keep the showroom and restroom clean and presentable Qualifications Friendly and professional attitude Strong communication skills in person and over the phone Customer service experience required QuickBooks experience is a plus Organized, dependable, and willing to learn about flooring products Work Schedule Approximately 35 hours per week Monday-Friday business hours No weekend work Pay $18 per hour How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed along with a brief note about your interest in the position.
