Must be a team player, outgoing and positive mental attitude. You should be able to follow instructions, display integrity and accept criticism as an opportunity to grow. Must legally be able to work till 30 min after shop closes. Experience is not required for the right person. Shift leads! As a Shift lead you will be responsible for working in tandem with the store managers. Your goal is to suppport the team members in providing top notch customer service. You are mexpected to work harder than your subordinates and are responsible for daily sales goals and helping your team achieve them. As shift leader you are in charge of all the shop responsibilities for the shift.

COMPENSATION

You will earn base pay plus, shift-pooled TIPS and bonus based on your performance. Staff on average can earn between $15-25/hr The average tip this year has been over $5 an HOUR In credit card tips, comparable cash tips, not including achievable Sales bonuses. Structured pay raises based on meeting minimum requirements. You may be tasked to work scheduled and sometimes last min events for great tips!

• You may be required to open the store & close the store and may work alone during the slow season.
