In this role you will be expected to meet sales and productivity goals. Employees must consistently ID customers. We are looking for someone who is competitive and driven to join the team.

• EMPLOYEES MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD WITH RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

• Must be able to consistently ID customers
• Must have a good attitude
• Exceptional customer service, greet and engage customers in the store and on the phone, build long lasting customer relationships
• Order seeker and responsible for interacting with customers and identifying their needs
• Operate the Point of Sale system
• Strong understanding of all the products
• Maintain knowledge of current stock availability on the floor and backrooms
• Actively maintain store appearance, keep merchandise stocked and organized
• Available to work on holidays, weekends, and weekdays. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
• Must be independent & self managed
• Reliable and organized
• Great communicator
• Cannot work under the influence
