This opening begins as a part-time Reception Sales Associate position. It provides an opportunity to learn our spa, demonstrate performance, and earn consideration for future esthetician openings as business needs and positions become available.

HOUR PLUS MONTHLY PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES REQUIRED AVAILABILITY

Team members must be available for at least one Sunday per month and at least one closing shift per week. Availability for two Sundays per month and two closing shifts per week is preferred.

HOW OUR SCHEDULING WORKS

We create our schedule one month in advance. Team members submit their availability before the schedule is built, allowing us to accommodate timely requests for particular Sundays or evenings off. Our Spa Associates share evening and weekend coverage. You will not be expected to work every Sunday or every closing shift unless you prefer those hours. This approach gives our team advance notice, provides reliable spa coverage, and avoids placing too much of the burden on any one person.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Reception Sales Associate at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Panama City Beach, you will help create an exceptional guest experience while supporting membership and retail sales. This is not simply a front-desk position. Successful Spa Associates combine hospitality, organization, and sales while consistently following Hand & Stone guest-service and operating standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests and create a professional, positive first impression
• Answer phones and schedule appointments accurately
• Explain membership benefits and recommend appropriate services and products
• Follow Hand & Stone guest-service and sales protocols
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready spa
• Work cooperatively with managers, service providers, and other Spa Associates
• Accept coaching and work toward individual and team performance goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable availability for the required Sunday and closing rotation
• A genuine interest in helping and communicating with people
• Comfort discussing memberships, services, and retail products
• The ability to follow established procedures consistently
• A positive, dependable, and team-oriented approach
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 18 or older
