The UPS Store Back of House Team Member will take care of our daily back-of-house logistics. This dedicated role focuses on maintaining store readiness behind the scenes through parcel handling, processing and more - no direct customer service required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Package processing & sorting: Receive, scan, organize, and relocate incoming and outgoing packages efficiently to maintain an accurate inventory and clear floor layout.
Returns & Packing Operations:
Handle high-volume returns processing (e.g. UPS & Amazon Drop Offs) and assist with standard box assembly, packing and staging for shipments.
Back of House Management:
Keep the non-customer face work areas, storage spaces, and loading/staging areas clean, organized and safe.
Daily Store Upkeep:
Execute routine cleaning duties, including trash removal, breaking down cardboard boxes, sweeping, mopping, restocking packing materials, bathroom cleaning and more. Communicates effectively and continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high quality control Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 16 years of age Must have a source of reliable transportation Attention to
Detail:
Ability to quickly scan items, verify package labels, and organize items systematically.
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to lift and carry 1 to 50lbs regularly throughout the shift.

Must have the ability to stand for an entire shift.
