Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting lawn care tools, plants, flowers, and landscape maintenance supplies Provide expert advice on plant identification, horticulture techniques, and floral arrangements to enhance customer satisfaction Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and retail math calculations Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves with seasonal products, ensuring attractive presentation Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and replenishment of outdoor and gardening supplies Engage with customers via phone communication to answer questions about products or services and schedule appointments if needed Assist with floral design projects or gardening demonstrations to showcase product applications and inspire customers Experience Previous outdoor work experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer groups Experience with retail sales environments, including cashiering and POS systems operation Knowledge of plant identification, floral design, or gardening techniques is beneficial Demonstrated organizational skills for managing stock levels and merchandising displays Customer service experience that highlights your ability to listen actively and provide helpful solutions Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join us to bring your passion for gardening, landscaping, and outdoor work into a lively retail setting!
