WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver personalized skin and hair consultations — listening first, recommending second Conduct hands-on product demonstrations Build baskets and present gift sets and curated bundles for all needs Become a true product expert — know our ingredients, their benefits, and how to position them against conventional alternatives Contribute to individual and store sales targets while keeping the floor beautifully merchandised

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ year in retail beauty, skincare, spa, or a customer-facing wellness role Genuine passion for natural, clean beauty — you use products like ours or wish you had A warm, outgoing personality that puts first-time visitors immediately at ease Ability to make confident, honest recommendations without pressure tactics Nights, weekends, and holidays required; reliable and punctual Cosmetology, esthetics, or wellness background is a plus — not a requirement
