Clerks keep the sales floor looking its best—stocked, organized, and ready to inspire shoppers while offering helpful assistance along the way. Donation & Processing Team Donation Attendants are the first stop in the journey—welcoming donors, receiving items, and setting the stage for what comes next. Textile Team (aka the fabric whisperers) Hangers keep things moving by preparing garments for display. Graders evaluate quality and assign pricing—balancing value and appeal. Warehouse Operations Warehouse Worker I are the masters of movement—responsible for loading, organizing, processing, and safely handling warehouse merchandise and donated goods while supporting daily operations. Qualifications Physical and Environmental Work Conditions:
- Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Standing and walking for long periods.
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, push, and pull.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
Experience:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School education or equivalent is preferred. Previous retail and/or cashiering experience is highly preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills and beginner knowledge of touch screen cash registers.
