As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in maintaining a fun, welcoming, and positive environment while helping drive sales and supporting the daily operations of the store. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming, and professional attitude. Engage proactively with customers to create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and store presentation. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually attractive at all times. Refill and organize candy displays, domes, and merchandise areas throughout the day. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards, including floors, utensils, counters, candy stations, and common areas. Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. Support team members and contribute to a positive and team-oriented workplace atmosphere. Qualifications Punctual, reliable, and responsible. Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 100% customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset. Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy hours. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
