The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of retail operations. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective communication, product knowledge, and sales techniques. As a Sales Advisor, you will help customers discover products that fit their needs while creating a warm, elevated shopping experience. You will also support daily store operations and contribute to achieving team sales goals. This position requires a proactive approach to assisting customers, managing inventory, and driving sales in a cosmetics store environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist in merchandising products effectively to maximize visibility and sales potential. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Maintain organized stock levels through stocking shelves and managing inventory. Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing and inventory management. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Skills Strong communication skills. Experience in retail sales with a focus on Beauty/Cosmetics store operations is preferred. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative when necessary. Reliable, professional, and motivated Experience with social media content creation is a plus Knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and makeup application is a plus
