We're looking for the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Greet customers with a smile and create a great experience. Safely guide vehicles into the wash. Talk with customers about our Unlimited Wash Club and earn commission. Keep the property, lobby, vacuums, and tunnel clean. Work together with your team to keep the operation running safely and efficiently. Bring energy, urgency, and a positive attitude every shift. What We're Looking For High energy and positive attitude Team-first mindset Friendly and comfortable talking with customers Reliable and accountable Curious and willing to learn Comfortable working outdoors and staying active Available to work weekends What You'll Get $15/hour base + commission Our people sell at 25%+ membership to retail. Commission is $7 a car when your above 25%.
