As a Sales Team Member, you'll make technology easier for customers to understand by breaking down internet options, answering questions, and recommending services that make sense for their everyday needs. Every Sales Team Member receives hands-on coaching while building communication, customer engagement, and professional sales skills in an active, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member Introduce customers to Frontier fiber internet services, features, and current promotions through engaging conversations. Ask the right questions to understand what customers need from their home internet experience. Help customers compare available speeds and service options based on their connectivity needs. Make technical information approachable by explaining fiber features and benefits in clear, everyday language. Recommend personalized solutions that give customers confidence in the services they're choosing. Guide interested customers through enrollment while keeping the process simple, accurate, and professional. Connect with customers throughout the Tampa community as part of ongoing in-person outreach initiatives. Continue developing as a Sales Team Member through coaching, feedback, and practical experience.
