This Dispensary Associate position is part-time and is located in Tequesta, FL. Employee Assistance Program ~As a Dispensary Associate, you'll be a vital force in the evolving world of cannabis. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll be at the forefront of patient acquisition for medicinal cannabis and welcoming adult-use use customers, fostering an environment where education, exploration, and satisfaction intersect. Your primary responsibility is to offer comprehensive education on strains, effects, and various methods of cannabis use, ensuring everyone receives tailored information to make informed decisions. Create and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations and accurately deduct the amount from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR) Keep current with company policies and procedures High School Diploma or equivalent ~ Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required ~ 2+ year customer service ~ Strong customer service skills ~ GrowHealthy provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
