Job Description
SUMMARY The Outside Flooring Sales Associate is responsible for generating flooring sales by prospecting builder/contractor/designer clientele. They should have the ability to read specifications and blueprints accurately. They should be driven by challenges, highly motivated with an ability to self-manage their time effectively and prioritize multiple projects. It is also expected that the individual be a self-starter, personally well organized, and willing to create new business as well as provide outstanding customer service and follow-up. DUTIES Sell all types of floor coverings Build client relationships Network regularly Follow up in a timely and professional manner with clients on all requests or Obtain plans electronically from customers, contractors, and builders Reviews documents and understands the scope of work to bid Obtains pricing for materials and labor
