Experience necessary but not necessary Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their clothing and laundry orders at the counter Process customer transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills proper labeling and tracking Answer customer questions about dry cleaning services, pricing, and turnaround times Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing tills, and issuing receipts Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders and excellent customer service Requirements Previous experience in Dry Cleaning Store environments is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Experience with dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems is advantageous Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers and work as part of a team Join us in delivering exceptional service in a lively environment where your positive attitude makes a difference!
