Manno's Public Safety Supply is a specialty retail store and uniform dealer serving local government agencies and first responders. We are not open to the general public. We are seeking mature, professional and self motivated customer service minded individuals with a strong background in retail and/or hospitality. Must have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills and the ability to multi task and retain new information. This position requires experience in customer service, merchandising and retail software. Must also be able to stand most of the day and lift 20 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities:

Great customers and answer phones in a friendly and professional manner. Be knowledgeable and provide information about product and services offered. Assist customers with store purchases and order pick-up. Establish and maintain a professional working relationships with departments and customer base. Assist with putting away inventory, merchandising and inventory control. Assist customers with uniform fittings and placing orders. We offer a laid back, fun and upbeat work place. Please bring a good attitude, a smile and willingness to learn. Our facility is a drug free work zone. All applicants will be subject to a full criminal background check. Applicants with any felony arrests or convictions will not be eligible for employment. Candidate must be punctual and have reliable transportation. Hours are between 9am-6pm (8 hour shift) and may be flexible. We are open Monday-Friday but might require an occasional Saturday or Sunday a few times a year. We are closed weekends, nights, and all major holidays (6 paid holidays per year). We also offer one week's paid vacation after the first year.
